One partner instead of five vendors
Most people who try to launch a product on their own end up hiring a freelance designer, a sourcing agent, a factory, a warehouse and a store developer. Each one does their piece. You manage every handoff between them, and when something goes wrong, nobody owns the whole result.
With us, it's one team. You get an assigned account manager, and our product team, designers and warehouse work on the same project in the same system.
The 8 steps of a launch
- Concept. You share the idea. A free Product Design Board turns it into visuals in minutes, and our product team reviews it.
- Brand identity. Name, look and the details that make the product feel like yours.
- Product design. Fit, fabric, colors and where your branding goes. Our custom apparel guide shows the options for clothing.
- Tech packs. The factory-ready instructions for making your product.
- Sourcing. We match your product to the right factory from our network of more than 100 vetted factories and get quotes.
- Production. Samples first. You approve fit, color and print, then we run production.
- Live store. Your online store, set up to sell.
- Fulfillment. We receive your inventory, store it, and pack and ship every order.
From concept to a live brand takes 3 to 5 months. Complex products take longer.
